About

Grey Attic is a Malaysian-based business incubator that aims to create between 8-10 investment-ready businesses on an annual basis.

We follow in the footsteps of being a startup accelerator, similar to the TechStars, Y Combinator and SeedCamp programs tailored to the Malaysian market. We aim to run up to two intakes a year, with a cap of six startups per intake. Startups are matched with commercial opportunities, and teams turn these opportunities into a trading business within three months through a bootstrap experience with intensive mentoring. After 100 days, teams pitch their businesses to follow-on seed funding.

Grey Attic lets founders focus on doing the fun stuff – creating a great product, being mentored every step of the way, without all the hassles of running a business entity in Malaysia.

Teams of up to three participants with a ready-to-execute business idea or proof of concept are encouraged to apply. Please see our suggested portfolio of ideas that are likely to spark within 100 days.

Mentors

We do not have 500 mentors yet but we have travelled around the world to find some of the best in the industry to serve as mentors to our participants. These mentors will be providing insights and market access to our startups. There would be more mentors going to be listed here and do come back to see other interesting people who will be involved with GreyAttic.
